We had a fantastic stay here, and we would definitely love to return; the unit we stayed in was impeccably clean, had super comfy beds, and fast WiFi.

No reason to complain, a great experience, would come here again. Classic hotel, it has good restaurant and particularly good location in other words everything. The staff are flexible and deserve a 3-star rating...

My stay at Condo Kiaraluna was amazing! The owner, Massimo, went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious balcony. The location was perfect, with many shops and restaurants nearby. I especially loved the rooftop with its stunning city view and pool. I had a fantastic time and highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Playa del Carmen.

I recently stayed at a lovely condo in Playa del Carmen and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, with everything I needed within a short distance. The beach, Quinta Avenida, the ADO bus, and even Walmart were all just a quick 5-minute walk away. The studio itself was well-equipped and comfortable, with a cozy bed and all necessary amenities. The cleaning staff were incredibly kind and thorough, making sure the space was tidy every other day. I would definitely return to this wonderful condo in the future!

Our stay at Condo Kiaraluna was absolutely perfect. The new and modern building was impressive, and our room was impeccably clean. The location was incredibly convenient, and we were able to easily explore the city. The host, Massimo, was incredibly kind and attentive, checking in with us every morning to offer cleaning services or assistance. He even allowed us to store our luggage after check-out. we had a fantastic experience.

I can't think of anything negative about our stay. Perhaps a few more tea towels in the kitchen would have been helpful, and having a small table on the balcony would have made it easier to enjoy the outdoor space.
